Step 1: Client Consultation
The key to us being a successful advisor for you is making sure we best fit your needs. Every year both new and returning clients can schedule a 20-minute complimentary quick chat with an advisor. Clients can also schedule longer in-depth consultations as necessary at our hourly rate.
Step 2: Client Onboarding
Sign up with our client portal using the link below. Our team will share organizers (formerly Intake Forms) with you via the portal as necessary. There will be a separate organizer you can complete annually for Personal Tax Returns, Business Tax Returns, and/or Other Services such as payroll, bookkeeping or business formation.
Step 3: Document Request & Preparation
Once your organizers are completed our team will reach out to request any required documentation. Our team will draft any required tax returns (or other documents) for you to review and approve.
Step 4: Delivery
We will collect our fees and your electronic signatures (as needed) to electronically file or submit final documents on your behalf to the IRS and any States (as needed).
